Do you have to be a certain age to attend?

Events with age restrictions will be noted on the event page of the Zoo Amphitheatre website and a valid photo ID will be required to enter the event. If you do not meet the age requirement you will not be able to attend the event with a guardian, unless it is otherwise noted.

Do children need tickets?

Children 2 years of age or younger may attend events in the GA Lawn Area without a ticket. If you are purchasing tickets for VIP, Gold Circle and/or a Reserved Seating Area, all persons will require a ticket regardless of age.

Is there a parent drop off area?

The area directly in front of the facility entrance is not a drop off point. Drop off is restricted to the streets approaching the venue.

When do the gates open?

Gates open one hour prior to the concert

Am I able to re-enter if I leave?

There is no re-entry once you exit the venue.

Can I bring a lawn chair or blanket?

*NO CHAIRS THE ZOO AMPHITHEATRE* Unless otherwise permitted

What items are prohibited into The Zoo Amp?

No Chairs.

No video cameras or recording devices.

No backpacks.

No pets.

No ice chests or outside food and beverage, including water. Drinking fountains are conveniently located throughout the amphitheater.

No licensed handguns or weapons of any kind. Guests found in possession of any will be asked to remove the item from the amphitheatre or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected from the amphitheatre and may be subject to arrest.

Umbrellas are not allowed, rain or shine.

The Zoo Amp is a non-smoking environment. Smoking near the outer fence line will be allowed.

All guests entering the venue during an event may be subject to a metal-detector screening, visual inspection and a bag inspection conducted by security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items.

Will there be food options?

Several concession stands are available during concerts that serve a variety of food and beverages, including beer.

What is your alcohol policy?

The Zoo Amp and it’s food and beverage concessionaires have adopted an alcohol policy that is designed to protect guests and the community from alcohol-related incidents. Guests are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages. In addition, the following items are to be noted: There shall be a maximum limit of two alcoholic beverages sold to each guest, per purchase. All guests who appear to be younger than the age of thirty-five (35) will be asked to show valid identification prior to being served alcoholic beverages. The Zoo Amp reserves the right to eject anyone under the age of twenty one (21) who is observed to be consuming alcohol on the premises or who appears to be visibly intoxicated.

Is there accessible seating?

Most of the seating at the Zoo Amp is General Admission seating in the lawn area so you will not need to purchase an accessible ticket. There is an accessible seating area for patrons needing assistance. There are also over 30 handicap parking spaces located near the front of the venue available on a “first come-first served” basis. Handicapped patrons that enter the front gates can follow a gravel path without

encountering steps. There is a large deck that can be used for wheelchair seating along with a chair for seating one attendant. The deck is located near the Remington deck bar on the west side. The reserved seating area (when used) is wheelchair accessible. If accessible seating is needed, please ask any of the venue staff and they will be able to assist.

What does VIP include?

For many of the shows at the Zoo Amp, there will be preferred seating near the stage. These seats also have access to a private club housing a bar and restrooms. When available these seats can be selected on the ETix website: etix.com

What is the best way into The Zoo Amphitheatre and where can I park?

The Amphitheatre is located south of the Zoo at the corner of Martin Luther King and Meyers.

Handicapped parking is located on the west side of the Amphitheatre.

Free parking is available at Remington Park. In addition, regular parking is available in Science Museum Oklahoma’s north parking lot located at the corner of N. Martin Luther King Ave. and Remington Place. Please note that cars parked in the museum’s south parking lot, the museum’s loading dock (both located at NE 50th St. and N. Martin Luther King Ave.), and in the museum’s bus parking area along the west side of the museum may be subject to towing at the owner’s expense. Security will direct you to the Amphitheatre from the museum’s north parking lot. Pedicabs are typically available from the museum’s north parking lot to the Amphitheatre. There is no charge to park at Science Museum Oklahoma. Anyone attempting to collect fees for parking is neither a representative of the Zoo Amphitheatre or Science Museum Oklahoma.

Directions to the Amphitheatre from I-35: Take the NE 50th exit. Head west on NE 50th to Martin Luther King. Head south on Martin Luther King, the Amphitheatre will be on the left side of the street.

Directions to the Amphitheatre from I-44: Take the Martin Luther King exit. Head south on Martin Luther King for about 2 miles. The Amphitheatre will be on the left side of the street.

I think I left something at the venue, who can I call?

For lost and found inquiries please call 405-602-0683 Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please note, any items left at the venue are picked up each night and placed in a secure location. Items are generally held for 30 days.

Delivery Method: Print At Home – If you have selected Print-at-Home as your delivery option, can either take a physical copy of your tickets to the venue that you printed out on paper. OR, you can pull the tickets up on the screen of your smartphone and the bar code can be scanned directly from your phone. By turning up the brightness on your phone screen you’ll be able to scan your ticket quickly and easily, getting you into the venue faster.

Will Call – Collect your hardcopy tickets at the venue on the day of your event. For most events, the venue box office is open for ticket collection three hour before the event up until the event showtime. Tickets will only be released to the person who purchased them. A valid photo-ID and a credit card with the purchaser’s name on it will be required to be shown in order to pick-up the tickets. If you are purchasing tickets as a gift for someone, please select either MAIL or PRINT AT HOME as your delivery method.

Mail – Your tickets will be hardcopy tickets sent via Standard Mail. They should arrive within 5-10 business days. If your tickets have not arrived after 14 business days, please contact Etix directly.
